Myers Engine Works proudly offers shipping services. Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might
impact delivery times.

1. SHIPPING
All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 1-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders,
shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct.
We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have
provided an incorrect shipping address.

3. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are
subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.

4. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it,
please report to the local authorities.

5. RETURN REQUEST DAYS
https://myersengineworks.com allows you to return its item (s) within a period of 7 days. Kindly be
advised that the item (s) should be returned unopened and unused.

6. OUT OF STOCK ITEM PROCESS

7. IMPORT DUTY AND TAXES

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at dadbam486@aol.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

● A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.

● Returns must be approved by Meyers Engine Works before returning.
