Description: The original sausage engine was seen by Norbert in a butcher supply catalog. This steam engine was a very important part of the meat packing process. The need for power to the lines shaft that ran the saws, presses, and grinder was a necessity. Norbert created the patterns and drawing that we still proudly making available for sale today.
